Return process
A return label from the Austrian Post is included in each of our packages.

Please fill out the return form, which you can find at , and put it in the package.
Stick the return sticker on the parcel and take it to the nearest post office.


We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer a direct exchange service. If you would like an item in a different color or size, please place a new order, as the item you want may be out of stock by the time your package arrives.  

refund policy
The returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use - as is customary in conventional shops for the purpose of trying on. The original label must also still be present. If the goods have deteriorated through further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation. Please also note the statutory provisions for the return of goods in our terms and conditions


If you have delivered (partial) products to us, we will try to process your refund as soon as possible (if the refund applies). In order to receive a full refund, it is important that you enclose the completed return form with the return and that we receive the goods in the same condition in which you received the goods. A refund will be made as soon as we have received and accepted the goods. You will receive your refund in the same way that you paid. An example: If you paid with your credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. Refunds take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete. It takes about a week for your package to arrive at our distribution center from a post office. After we receive your return, every item is checked. Then we process your return and prepare the payment. It can take a few days for the funds to be transferred to your bank account (this depends on your bank or credit card company).
